Service Process

Make Appoinment

1. You can through our online booking service , email or call us directly Tel: 2668 5055 for enquiries, tell us your moving date, time and other details.

2. Once your give the related information, we will arrange a home visit for estimation.

Quote and Service Confirmation

1. Free quoting service will depending on the home environment, transportation area and also the number of moving objects or complex procedures. The price will be offered in advance.

2. After the quoting service, our estimated staff will send you a quotation, if you decide to use our services, you have to pay 10% down payment when carton is delivered. Once the decision had been made, there will be no refund.

3. After you paid the deposit, you will received a receipt with the discounts of the total deposit and the details of our service by e-mail or fax. Please read the details of the service items carefully. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Final confirmation:

1.We will call you to double confirm the relocate address, day, time before the service provided.

2. According your needs, we will arrange our force, we are sorry that customer is NO right to request.

3. If You have to change your moving day, please send your request to us by phone or email before 3 days. Otherwise, we will be charge HKD 500 for our loss.

Service Day:

1. Before the services, customers please count how many items will be moved yourself. If there are any questions, customer have to inform our staff immediately. Once our staff leave the unit, We won’t take any action for further requests of our service.

Payment methods:

1. 10% deposit should be paid after the confirmation of the delivery service. The outstanding balance should be settled after the completion of the delivery service. All confirmed services are not refundable

2. By Cash or Cheque : Please make your payment check payable to Fei Yue (china) Logistics Express Company

3. Account transfer- Shanghai Commercial Bank accounts: 358 820 274 82 Fei Yue (china) Logistics Express Company

P.S.: Minimum charge

• HK$600 for each delivery service
• For Tung Chung, Discovery Bay or outlining islands, minimum charge: HK$1,100 up
• Tin Shui Wai, Lantau Island or other remote area: HK$900 up
• Outlining Islands: Negotiable Quote Now

Receipt

Receipt will be issued by the staff responsible for your service, after the completion of the work., or it will be issued separately by mail, fax or e-mail.

After Service

1. After Service is completed, we will contact our customer for Assessment, make sure our quality of service.
